Repairing the Ruins 2027: registration prototypes

Tom's November 2 requests. Round 1 has three layouts each; Use the bar at the bottom of each page, or the ← → keys, to flip between them.

Round 2, from the November 5 walkthrough

The page from A and the email from B, reordered hotel, excursions, questions. The hotel link opens in a new tab, and the organizer signs a group up for both excursions and pays once.

After payment, round 2

Book your rooms first (opens the hotel's site in a new tab), then tick who is going on each excursion, bus or driving per person, family members for the roster, one payment for both trips. Totals are live.

Confirmation email, round 2

One numbered card: book your room, reserve a seat for Tuesday or Saturday, answer the five questions. Then the registration details.

Round 1

1. Confirmation email with the hotel at the top

Tom: "Should we include the hotel registration information at the top of the confirmation email. It's the piece people most often need right away." Three ways to lead with the Galt House without losing the questionnaire call to action.

2. The Tuesday and Saturday excursions on the registration pages

Tom: "separate from conference registration but strongly promoted and easy to complete." Three ways to put the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter in front of every registrant, on the form and after payment.

The hotel address, phone, rate, booking deadline, group code and booking link are sample values until Tom supplies them. The excursion dates, places and prices come from Tom's October 16 email; bus seats from his October 26 estimates.
